Getting Clarity in your Business
You can’t grow or even enjoy your business unless you have clarity on what you are doing. (Thank you Andy Jenkins for that quote)
As tedious as it may seem at first you really must develop systems, processes and procedures on how to do anything and everything in your business. (Use Formula Five).
By doing this you get the junk out of your head and remove the mental clutter and worries. Only then can you really, and easily see your business for what it is and where you can improve it.
