14 Free Conversion Tools
A friend of mine, Sydney Johnson found a really thought-provoking article on conversion tracking and how to use these free tools to reduce cart abandonment.
This is an awesome list. Now rather than guess at what elements on your site you should test blindly, these 14 web tools will enable you to gain a very clear insight as to the “stoping points” and objections exist on your site.
Then based upon the visitor objections that you discover you can set up your testing criteria with the goal of removing those objections and improving your sales conversion.
Remember, unless your conversion rates are 100% (I wish!), you can never know enough about this topic.
As conversion expert David Bullock says, “I find that a picture is worth so much more than a column of numbers. Most of the tools now are visual in nature. Graphs are king to me to see patterns on a website.”
It is important to note that in addition to these tools that you can place on your site and others like them, getting on the phone and talking to real people should be made part of all of our regular conversion improvement as well.
But don’t forget about link tracking. The traffic source is critical to conversion..
Lastly, remember, you can’t fix what you can’t see!
