Google Tells Adwords Advertisers to “Get Lost!”
Well it seems that over the past few weeks has been quietly sending out “Dear John letters” to over 15,000 of its Google ad words advertisers.
No reason was ever given just an e-mail saying basically “Get lost we don’t need your money.” You are banned for life..
Let that sink in for just a minute… BANNED!
What if you were an e-commerce store owner and you were generating thousands and thousands of dollars in sales via your AdWords account, and all of a sudden you’re cut off just like that. Not only does your traffic stop, but so do your sales.
And that brings up a very good point – what would you do if that happened to you? And don’t think it can’t.
The Google ad words account owners that were banned weren’t doing anything wrong. 95% of them weren’t spamming, they had decent quality scores and were spending a fair amount of change each and every month with Google.
So what happened?
No one knows and Google’s not saying, but in my opinion, Google just shot themselves in the foot because they are alternatives. And unlike the banking crisis where some companies were deemed “too big to fail” I don’t think Google’s one of them.
There are alternatives to spend your money with Google. In fact, there are a lot better alternatives like facebook.
Below you’ll find a link to a video you need to watch about Facebook advertising you should take a few minutes to watch because it explains how you can advertise on Facebook (a site that gets over 39,000,000,000 billion views … per month) only the people that want to see your ad, and these viewers are much more targeted to your specific niche than Google Adwords.
And as a bonus FaceBook traffic is considerably cheaper per click compared to what you already are spending with Adwords.

My adwords account recently got banned without any notice or reason. I was also told that I should not contact them again when I sent an email to them. No reason given, whatsoever!
Does it make any sense?
